It is deeply disappointing to witness the portrayal of the main characters as junkies in the remake. This deviation from the original narrative feels senseless and disconnected from the core story. How can anyone believe that true love could be born in rehab? Even after escaping that environment, the characters continue using drugs, further straying from any notion of genuine love. The original **The Crow** did not rely on convoluted background stories for its characters. Instead, it masterfully conveyed the essence of true love through fragmented memories, photographs, colors, and music. This minimalist approach was powerful and effective, capturing the audience's emotions without unnecessary exposition. In contrast, the remake suffers from a terrible screenplay, lacking the soul that made the original so impactful.
